This comment by Mo, prompted me to create a reference in a Coaches Forum.
Probably needs a niche on the wiki too.
If I ever dust off my computer again maybe I will give it a go.

1) This belongs in a COACHING forum!

2) Bowlers have different physiologies and psychologies. My rule is simple,"Keep your head over the ball during the entire approach and if you don't put your feet under your head, you will fall down!" Gravity will make sure that happens. It's your head position that determines where you walk (and your physiology).
