Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue of turning their head at the release point. I've tired several things and can't seem to figure it out. I think it is a combination of over rotation of balance arm and maybe swing plane, but I'm not 100% sure. Any help is appreciated, and thank you in advance.

Re: Help with turning head at release point
The turning of the head is what happens when people try to put too much muscle or hook on the ball .
As i say to a lot of my students , (especially if they play baseball) Don't try to hit a home run just make solid contact.
