pin caarry

Post by brodon651 »

I know the answer to my question may already be somewhere but can not find. Please help me.
I may have 3 to five 10 pins in my 3 game league night, but one of my team members must have 8 to 12 in one nights 3 games. He has been bowling for years and carries a 180 avg. I have only been bowling for less than a year with a 154 avg. My question is...leaving the 10 pin when hitting the pocket very solid is may be because of hooking into the pocket or rolling out before the pocket. He uses the 2nd arrow all the time and throws the ball down the lane sometimes going 10 feet.

It is not easy to answer. A ball in the air can not hook.
Check out a other surfaceprep. Move more to lanecenter to get more skid. Throw faster. Change axistilt. Use another ball. Change axisrotation. ......................

so may ways to clear this. But a true answer can just be given when we can see whats happen. Record some shoots with a videocamera. Maybe than we can give advice.

Happy new year
Thomas

PS: tell the laneman to drop the 10pin during hit. lol
