Slow Internet Connection

I seem to have a slow internet connection when going into the BowlingChat University area. I had to take the test 201 twice because I ran out of time due to it taking 2 to 3 minutes or more to get from one question to the next. I have high speed cable internet at home, which was faster than at work, but still slow compared to when I took test 101. Is there something I need to adjust on my computer to get a faster connection?

I see about a 10 second wait time at most between pages at this time.
I bumped up the memory usage on the application, so that may help.
I would recommend clearing your cache and make sure you have cookies enabled.
Wired internet could help, but is not necessary unless your signal strength is iffy.

I have my hosting company looking into the intermittent slowness issue, it seems to be random and site wide, not just BCU.

It's actually the overhead of loading up the Moodle Core with every request. One of the drawbacks of PHP, I'm afraid. Moodle loads a LOT of classes every request. Just the nature of the beast.
