A drill using a milk jug was mentioned in a post. Is there any instructions with pictures for this drill?

Here is an instructional video of Eileen's Bowlin gBuddy Swing Trainer.

The milk jug is filled with water and swung in a similar fashion.

The goal is to the weight the jug create swing momentum back and forth after you put it in motion.

Not to use the arm to forcibly swing the jug back and forth.
