Strength of wrist
What excercises do you recommend to young bowlers to increase the strength in their wrist?

Re: Strength of wrist
This is what I use and it can be tailored to anyone's strength. You can do it with the wrists facing down and facing up to get the whole range.

Total body exercise, Bruce Lee used to love those, easy to do at home with a broom stick, a hand saw, drill, string and plate. Doing a few reps with a 5 lbs plate while keeping proper form can be a challenge.
