help with a full roller
I have a friend who has become a full roller and doesn't want to be. Its easy for me to see why he now has a full roller release but need advice on drills or thought processes to help him get back to a normal 3/4 release. He has zero shoulder rotation during the backswing and this causes his hand to move to the outside of the ball during the backswing. Any advice on allowing the throwing shoulder to open so he can get his hand more on the inside of the ball and get back to a 3/4 release? Should we concentrate on the non, bowling arm direction or is there something else or other options??
