Post by two hands »

Im bowling with two hands and im wondering what would be the best layouts for medium light conditions? I am on the extreme side of rev dominanance my ball speed on the monitors read 15.5 but my rev rate is about 460. I know i have alot of tilt also just not sure how much.

If you can find your tilt that would be helpful to getting the process started. If you could give an indication of your starting rotation as well, that would complete the info we need.

Ok ill give this a try,i know my axis rotation is a little higher than 45 degrees but not close to 90 so my guess would be about 65 degrees. Now the tilt im still not too sure but i figure it must be alot because of my cocked hand at release.

If you can, next time you bowl, trace the FIRST oil ring with a grease pencil, or some other non-permanent marking writing device. Then measure the distance across the diameter. Once you have that measurement, for every 1/2" less than 13 1/2", add 3.5° of tilt.

Hope that helps. No need to rush and get this stuff. Take your time. We'll still be here ;)
