Re: Layout advice for sport patterns
The basic premise behind the Sport layouts is lower Ratios and forward rolling Pin to PAP locations.
For the different lengths you adjust the totals.
With your specs I would work around 1:2 ratios for Sport layouts.
Asymmetrical Sport layouts
Short ..................... 35-4.5-75
Medium .................. 30-5-55 adjust to put the pin in the middle finger
Long ...................... 25-5.5-40
Don't discount the basic arsenal when the sport conditions start to breakdown and open up.

Re: Layout advice for sport patterns
Awesome thank you Eric... so my symmetrical layouts would stay the same for sport patterns that you gave me earlier...or would there be small tweaks...
Symmetrical layouts
Benchmark ............ xx-4.25-30
Control ................. xx-4.75-55
low flare ............... xx-5-30.

Re: Layout advice for sport patterns
Yes your Symmetrical layouts would stay the same. Unfortunately balance holes are not an option anymore
Use surface adjustments to tweak the reactions.
