Axis Migration

I've been lead to believe that the closer the axis migration is to the pin the harder the ball will turn left.
Example - 90 x 2 1/4 x 45.
If so, are there any dangers associated with Radical equipment with this layout?
I'm afraid that with the high DA the ball will never slow down.

That layout will allow you to use a big asymmetrical ball straighter through the fronts and have a big hit on the backend. Surface is always used to slow the ball down if that is the worry.

Why will this ball have big hit? Does this raise the CoR in the ball? Has this been proven that this ball will have more "hit" than a ball laid out differently?
