Hey,
a clubmate of us plays thumbless and twohanded (RH) with strikeballs, but uses his thumb on his spareball.
His acual strikeballs do have a BH at position of thumb ( 1" diameter, 3"deep ) so i took his PAP coordinates like on a onehanded bowler from Gripcenter ( 5 over and 1 5/8 down )
I also took it from middle of bridge fingerholes bottomline ( 5 3/4 over and 2 1/4 down )
Now he asks for new balls and i determined his following specs:
Speed (off hand) : 16,1 mph
RPM: 250
Tilt: 17°
AR: 50°
... specs look like a matched average onehanded bowler for me .
May these layouts be correct and useful for him especially according to the new rules ( no BH ) ?
Anglesum 95°
Ratio: 1,25 :1
Benchmark 55x40
Control 65x50
Long & Strong 75x40
Midlane 50x25
totally strong 45x30
What two new balls and layout combination could be helpful ( 1 for medium condition, 1 for heavy condition )
Something like Jackal ghost (3000 ) or rising ( 2000 ) with benchmark layout for medium-heavy cond?
also a Hypercell fused with control layout for medium cond ?
Does he is classified as a thumbless bowler even when using thumb on spares ? If not, a fake-like thumbhole would be wonderful for increasing ball motion.
Thanks for advice !

.....his footwork and swing is poor but thats the way he wants to play. He is 50 now and wont change major things.
