Looking for layout advice for a game breaker 3, on a THS, medium volume. sometimes can be a bit wet dry.
specs
16.5mph on monitor
65* axis rotation
14* tilt
420 rev rate
pap - 4 7/8ths over, 3/4 up, 5 3/16 span

ball has a 3-4 inch pin, not looking for max hook. Looking for good midlane roll with a strong move to the pocket at the break point.

Bowler: power stroker
16.5mph on monitor
med-high axis rotation
tilt 14*
pap - 4 7/8ths over, 3/4 up, 5 3/16 span

ball has a 3-4 inch pin, not looking for max hook. Looking for good midlane roll with a strong move to the pocket at the break point.
I need more information, telling me you are a power stroker is not really good enough.
To get good layout information without watching you bowl I need accurate release specs.
Tilt, Rotation , Speed and Revs
Check out this link for help in getting the information I need to recommend layouts for you...

I always start with the Benchmark and work from there.
Your stats are matched speed to revs with med tilt and rotation.
95* Total and 1.5:1 Ratio, Asym Benchmark ...... 57-4-38

I recommend a Control layout if you are experiencing wet/dry conditions.
Drilling angle to the Cg ....... 65-4 3/8-55 balance hole 1.5" below midline on the VAL
This is a Pin in the ring finger layout

GB3 is symmetric, does that change anything? and when you say pin in the ring finger, I need to shift the grip placement after laying out the ball to get the pin lined up with the ring finger?

Yes I know the GB3 is symmetric. The Dual Angle system starts with the Asymmetrical Benchmark, then all adjustments are made from there. So that is where I start.
The Layout I gave 65-4 3/8-55 is the Symmetric Control layout for your specs.

The numbers I gave will be really close and yes you adjust the grip to make sure the ring finger drills the pin out completely.
