Flaring over fingerholes

Flaring over fingerholes
I have a customer who has a Radical Guru Supreme drilled 110x1.25x60 (PAP 4 3/4H x 1V down)which tends to run over middle fingerhole. A long time ago I read that there was a method of moving the flare away without having to plug & redrill another layout.

Re: Flaring over fingerholes
You could try using a double thumb balance hole to get the track to flare away from the finger holes.

Re: Flaring over fingerholes
I tried a deep balance hole on the VAL on my Fix and it didn't move the pin/bowtie at all. A double thumb might be more effective, and this layout looks like the pin is just below the flare safe zone. Worth a try. Please report back your results.
