lou marquez

Post by cheech »

hey everybody i had the chance to attend a laneplay clinic put on by lou marquez, gold level coach from turbo grips. i have to say it was a great experience. he talked about lane topography and surface, how no lane is perfectly level and generally how different paterns play. quickly how to read graphs and quickly what types of balls are used during different points in transition. and also what affects ball motion. i owuld say it was a good experience and i would recommend it for someone getting into sport and tournament bowling. it was $60 and was 90min of classroom and 2 hours of on lane bowling on 3 different patterns...short medium and long.

$60??!! Wow, that's a bargain! A few years ago I took a lesson with a gold level coach, and paid $50 for one hour with him.

That was cheap, if he was good.

There are quite a few posts referring to Lou's 7 shot system.
I'm tacking this on because it seems logical place.
It is the first one in this 1 hour plus Turbo Tech video on YouTube.
