This is an issue that can creep up on us. The Al Stewart song " On the Border", there is a line that finishes with the phrase, "but you never see the change from day to day ... "
Share her info with others. We all need to stay upright whether we bowl or not.

As someone who has been away from bowling for about 12.5 years, I felt that one of my first concerns would be balance. I had a conversation with a person at the gym a few days ago, we came around to balance, she mentioned a few things that the Askdrjo video shows. She went on to say the exercise can help train the brain, as Jeff C. says establish mind to muscle connection.
I decided to simply try the tight rope walk at home in an area where I could use for support if necessary. I was surprised at my initial problems.

The Askdrjo points out that often the difficulty stems from weak ankles.
As they say, a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.

Her videos are very good.
