Thanks for posting those balance videos. I didn't think it would be so tough!

You are quite welcome my friend. Thanks for the feedback.

This is an issue that can creep up on us. The Al Stewart song " On the Border", there is a line that finishes with the phrase, "but you never see the change from day to day ... "
Share her info with others. We all need to stay upright whether we bowl or not.

As someone who has been away from bowling for about 12.5 years, I felt that one of my first concerns would be balance. I had a conversation with a person at the gym a few days ago, we came around to balance, she mentioned a few things that the Askdrjo video shows. She went on to say the exercise can help train the brain, as Jeff C. says establish mind to muscle connection.
I decided to simply try the tight rope walk at home in an area where I could use for support if necessary. I was surprised at my initial problems.

The Askdrjo points out that often the difficulty stems from weak ankles.
As they say, a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.

Her videos are very good.
May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.
