Welcome potamica.
What is your native language?
Perhaps there are other members of the forum that understand your language.
That can be a big help to you.

If you have access to Google translate, you may find it useful.

Since you have only been bowling for a short time, you have had less chance to develop bad habits.

Important first things:
Buy your own bowling shoes that are for a right handed or left handed person, whichever you are.
Buy your own ball at a pro shop where they will analyze your hand and make an intelligent suggestion for your current needs.
Learn how to roll the ball straight as if you were connecting 2 spots on the lane to hit a specific pin. It's very important that you develop this skill before attempting to curve or hook a ball. Accuracy first. See Ray Wong's video on YouTube. Have patience, it will be worth it.

There are a number of free resources listed on the forums wiki
Here is a good one.

Here is a good one

That is a start.
Also, if you want a good instructional video, Norm Dukes is a good one.

Michelle Mullen's book is a good one

Bowling Fundamentals - Master the basics and compete with confidence
by Michelle Mullen (2014)
This is a rewrite not just a tweaking

Never be afraid to ask questions.

Did I answer your questions , was I understandable?

Be patient with yourself.
