Eric pointed out this report on static weight manipulation on the Radical fan page of Facebook.
I wanted to post it here. What I found interesting was that with 1 oz static wt offset, changes at first glance seem to be linear. 1oz manipulations were not as important as it appears they might become now with 3 oz being allowed.
