What to do now

Post by deadpin6 »

Hi all

After getting back into bowling last year. I had struggled with a few things more especially to equipment related issues.. While having inconsistency with my delevery which is a whole other i issue I had seeked and felt out advice from many local PSO's and various websites sites including this one I have manage to some what educate myself.  I also went through the cariculum here at BCU. Which helped a great deal.

I have been through quite a few balls in seeking a desired outcome. I have found that the layout that is worked best for me is 45X4.5X40 and 50X5X40.

Having said that I do see a big difference in reaction between the symmetrical and the asymmetrics as far as mid lane read and length to break point.

Equipment with these 2 layouts are the

optimus solid

Timeless

Sure lock

C LOCK.

Two of which I have adjusted the surface to tame  them down which are the lock  optimus solid..

And next and last for a while is the tropical storm for dryer conditions

I've been through what I considered non favorable

Black widow legend

Optimus pearl

Dream big

Grease monkey pow and grease monkey whack

Respect pearl  which I actually liked. Had a 95X3X25

But only reacted to medium, dry conditions
They layout on these where more of 55X25, 45X35 and 55 X30

But what I'm unsure of now.  Do I get hung up on these two layouts or continue to experiment with the equipment that I have set aside?

Two of those I donated to the high school team

One to my son.

Any oipinons, suggestions or recommendations are welcome.

Thanks in advance

Next time Mo is in your area you need to have him performance fit you. Well worth the time and trouble unless you strive for being mediocre.
