Lets say i have a strong symmetrical ball with low top weight and long pin-cg. I drill it xx/5/75. Bowler has flare over thumb... Theoretically would a BH under the thumb be most effective way to get the flare off the thumb the fastest way possible? In other words would it make the axis migration path curve the steepest way possible towards the thumb? Lets assume average 15dg axis tilt. Also will drilling the fingerholes shallow make the flare turn more quickly off the thumb?
Asking this I make three assumptions: Deeper thumb makes axis migration path to turn downwards = flaring off the thumb faster than from the fingers. 2. Drilling fingers deeper makes the axis migration path to turn more up = making the flare go away faster from ther fingers than from the thumb. And 3. Making BH on midline will help the flare to go away faster from the thumb and from the fingers equally.

You'd put a balance hole below the thumb so you can rumble over the thumb and hole?
Initial track is a pitch problem or a release problem.
Using holes to move bowties and flares is not predictable without CAD.

Would it be possible for someone with Powerhouse Blueprint to test this using a ball and a layaout that creates fairly straight axis migration path? I would appriciate the info. What would the path look like after BH below thumb?
