Measuring Axis Migration - why?

As ball drillers, coaches, etc, why is it important for us to measure axis tilt migration? ( I broke up the questions so it might be easier to quote and break up answers)

What kind of information can we gather doing this?

What can we do with this information when we have it?

What kind of information can we gather doing this? We can learn about the total differential of the drilled ball and the differential ratio of the drilled ball and, therefore, the intermediate differential of the drilled ball.

What can we do with this information when we have it? Learn how strong, or weak, the drilled ball being thrown is.
