Is it possible to search within a certain thread topic? For example, I know that the information I am looking for is in a certain thread, but I don't want to look through each of the 33 pages to find it.

Thank you, I don't know how many times I wished I could search a topic. -- JohnP
Re: searching a topic
That was helpful!
For your consideration and trial:
Some search engines such as GOOGLE have what they call "advanced" search functions.
Take a look at this page and consider the possibilities. It's not quite like writing your own query, but it is better than a simple search.
There is a lot more flexibility. You can cast a net in the ocean or a pond, a puddle, or a teacup.
Bring up the GOOGLE page, look at the lower right hand part of the page, click settings, select advanced search.
Try it out, see to what degree you can refine your search and list of results.
Simple search is like a chainsaw, advanced is closer to a scalpel.
Let us know what you think. Some of our readers may like it.
Happy Friday!

Happy Friday!
May all beings everywhere be happy and free,
and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
contribute in some way to that happiness
and to that freedom for all.
