I am new here and more importantly new to bowling, because of those facts I think these things would make the site that much better.
I did some research on line looking for different forums and found a few that were okay and some that were complete garbage.
After finding this site you can tell even as a new guy there is a lot of technical knowledge here. This is good and bad. Good: it's good because there is a feeling that people know what they are talking about here and Bad: because the new guy's have no clue what you are all talking about.
My suggestions are this:
1. Make a sticky that tells what all the acronyms are and for. Example PAP = Positive Axis Point
2. A separate sticky (or maybe incorporate with the above) of good shops to deal with both on-line and brick and mortar and a list of coaches perhaps that list could be compiled over time by the community.
Just my $0.02 worth...
