Is a balance hole neccessary in syms for thumbless bowlers?

Hi Since symmetrical bowling balls don't have a PSA before drilling. Is it neccessary for thumbless bowlers to drill a balance hole to set the PSA? I am experimenting on different pitches on my two handed, no thumb, release to tr and get the track from flaring over my fingers (inverted track) and am...

Re: 2 hander tracking over middle finger

Rereading your OP, you track from right of where the thumb would be and over the MF? So the track on the Grenade is more vertical, and thus hits both fingers? my track would be left of the thumbhole if one was drilled. edited: after rereading more about what an inverted track is then I am probably ...

Re: 2 hander tracking over middle finger

Is the ball flaring over the mf or does the track start over the finger? (and flare off it?) What were your pitches when it was tracking inverted (and what are they now?) and where did it track with those pitches? It starts over the finger and flares off it. The slingshot doesn't seem to flare a wh...

Re: 2 hander tracking over middle finger

I'm assuming you're right handed. Add 1/8" left to both your pitches to start. Pin positions closer to 4" from your PAP will also help to lower the track away from your MF. I tried the new pitches on a brunswick slingshot yesterday with a 4" pin to PAP with the pin placed just over a...

Radical yeti uncaged 2 handed layout

Stats taken of my Storm Vivid which has a pin to pap of 5 and 3/4 from the Pap so I am unsure if it was in the unsafe zone from flaring the wrong way but it should have been. thumbless and the pap is measured from the center of the fingers Revs 400-420 Axis tilt around 10 (somehow the tracing of the...

about Motion hole with fingers only (no thumb layout) from post: http://forum.bowlingchat.net/posting.php?mode=quote&f=13&p=85581" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I haven't investigated that yet. The MOtion Hole ball reaction results from the combined effect of the t...

Re: 2 hander tracking over middle finger

I haven't investigated that yet. The MOtion Hole ball reaction results from the combined effect of the thumb hole and the MOtion Hole. So, I'm not sure. Have the instructions been modified with further knowledge of the MOtion hole since this topic came up in November that I found in the MO fact she...

Does the 4" pin to PAP apply to symmetrical and asymmetrical balls? I will probably try this out on a barely used Yeti Uncaged that fell into my ball driller hands.
And is there a possibility of MOholing it when I am a 2 hander? Just wondering how I would aquire such as there is no thumbhole

2 hander tracking over middle finger

I recently changed my finger pitches to Mo's recommended starting finger pitches for 2 handers. I was tracking inverted but it has fixed that issue and my track is probably about an inch away from where the thumbhole would be (it is kicked out a little bit to the right from where the thumbole would ...
