Not to detract from other advice here. The simplest way to achieve more revs is to get your thumb out of the ball earlier, while your index/middle fingers lift. Easier said than done for most folks. Our league is using the R W & B this season. The best way to describe the Blue pattern is a flatter house shot. No hold in the middle of the lane. Your biggest problem may be by game #4, keeping the ball on the right side of the head pin.

I can understand the MoRich position, $45K is too much for the limited exposure. The Regional PBA bowler is caught in the middle. Keep you arsenal varied, you never know when your company might decide not to pony up.

The cover doesn't require a lot of maintenance, and always seems to react the same. I've had a few and still have one undrilled in the closet. An excellent THS ball, but pretty useless on PBA patterns. I don't throw any other Columbia equipment other than this one.
