Re: Struggling To Adapt To Two Handed

Rob, welcome to Bowling Chat. Relax, none of this is intuitive. Have a plan and patience. Don't worry about scores. Develop the process, focus on form and glide to where you need to lay down the ball. Quantify a board where you want to finish. When you deliver the ball, post your shot watching the ...

Struggling To Adapt To Two Handed

Hello, I posted this in the certified coaching forum as well but am also leaving it here as any advice would be really useful. Due to a health condition that causes inflammation in my joints (i.e. thumb), I was forced to switch to the two handed style of bowling. I really have no idea what I'm doing...

Difficulty Generating Speed Two Handed

Due to some medical issues causing a lot of swelling in my thumb, I was forced to switch to two handed bowling. I watched some instructional videos and got a urethane ball drilled as the Code Red I was throwing one handed was not controllable. At this point I seem to have a general idea of what I'm ...

New Two Hander -- Need Help Building an Arsenal

Hey, Folks I've bowled recreationally for a number of years, always one handed with a pretty traditional release. Since I'm only bowling on house shots, I always kept a pearl and a semi-strong asym in the bag and flattened my hand out for spares. Currently, the pearl is a rather old Hammer Chalk and...
