Layout and ball advice for thumbless bowler needed
Hey, a clubmate of us plays thumbless and twohanded (RH) with strikeballs, but uses his thumb on his spareball. His acual strikeballs do have a BH at position of thumb ( 1" diameter, 3"deep ) so i took his PAP coordinates like on a onehanded bowler from Gripcenter ( 5 over and 1 5/8...

Yes, dull surfaces. I would say between 500 and 2000 Abralon .
Does one can say 60% surface, 20% core, 20% layout considering ball reaction ? ...not counted proper execution

Drill Angle too high, but ball reaction still good ...how ?!
Hey guys, one of our new clubmembers asked me to collect his data and compare with his given arsenal. First said, for me he really is a good bowler with a league average around 190 on sportspattern, he hits his breakpoints quite well and he makes his adjustments when lanes change. He can go deep and...

Re: PAP Coordinates 7 over and 1/3/4 up is possible ?
Its either an over rolled full roller or the PAP was measured on the wrong side of the ball. To be an over rolled full roller you need to throw it like kaka. well, thanks but i cant imagine. Over rolled full roller has to have negative tilt, right ? His tilt was measured from the diameter of the in...

Re: Not quite so simple
ahh, ok, thank you. Why doesnt call it the "base line" like in his Dual Angle Guide ? Its the same, isnt it ? May i ask how the "pin to spin line " and "the axis migration path" work together for ball motion ? the axis migration path will tend to stay in direction of th...

Re: Hammer Black Widow Spare-What type of layout could be us
Back again with my results of testing my Hammer BW Spare Ball. Layout: 60 x 3,5 x 35 Ball doesnt made any noticeable move to the pocket on THS at centers in my area until i took off the Polish as fufu mentioned above. A fresh 2000 Mirka Abralon done with a Deros changed its behavior significant. At ...

At centers in our area, everytime when oil pattern dont match their specs from the sheet, its one of the following reasons: - a too weak ratio of cleaner in the oil machine, leaving parts of older patterns. - bad maintenance of the oil machine itself, leaving areas that havent been cleaned at all. -...

Re: Hammer Black Widow Spare-What type of layout could be us
Hi Guys, sorry for answering late, i just had the first look on to the ball today. Pin to CG is 3,5", my coordinates are 5 1/2 over. 15er ball specs: 2,48 RG, 0.058 diff, 0,013 int. diff @ Eric, i like the idea of the stronger layout, cause its only non reactive polyester. I would like to take ...

Hammer Black Widow Spare-What type of layout could be useful

Re: Single Strip vs. Double Strip
but please be prepared when using a much stronger ratio of cleaner. I was pretty surprised how sharp the shape of the pattern gets with a ratio thats probably too strong. Brutal ballreaction at 100% friction One should ask for recommended ratio at Kegel, otherwise you have to adjust ratio by testing...
